ONLINE AUCTION DETAILS

Online auctions are an efficient way to sell your items. People can bid anytime or place from a computer or phone. There is a start and end date(auction usually runs 10-14 days) with a preview day in between, so people can see items in person. Then after the auction ends there is a pick up day(usually a day or two afterwards). The closing of auction lots is staggered. Also, soft close is used. Meaning that if someone make a bid within 2 minutes, the time goes back to 2 minutes. The lot doesn't close until there are no bids in the last 2 minutes.
